A Minorities and Philosophy (M.A.P.) conference on implicit bias/stereotype threat, and how these phenomena bear on pedagogy in philosophy. The aim of the conference is to discuss various strategies that philosophy teachers can employ in resisting implicit bias/stereotype threat in the classroom.

Speakers:  Morgan Thompson (HoS Pittsburgh), Liam Kofi Bright (Carnegie Mellon), Lauren Freeman (Louisville), and Eric Schwitzgebel (UC Riverside) as the keynote.
