Louis Skolnick Postdoctoral Research Associate Announced
Daniel Hoek has been appointed The Louis Skolnick Postdoctoral Research Associate for the 2019-2020 academic year. His research interests are in the areas of philosophy of language, epistemology, philosophy of mathematics, decision theory and formal pragmatics.
Daniel received his PhD in philosophy from New York University in 2019, under the supervision of Princeton alumnus Cian Dorr. He also earned a master’s degree in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Oxford (2012).
