Hi-Phi Nation, the popular philosophy podcast by Department of Philosophy grad alum and Associate Professor and Philosophy Department Chair at Vassar College Barry Lam (*07), recently launched its fifth season with a four-part series on the life and works of our department’s former colleague and good friend David Lewis.

According to Lam, “The Man of Many Worlds: A Series on David Lewis” presents a set of stories from particular moments in the life of one of the greatest thinkers of the 20th century, “a necessarily partial picture, just like the picture of his philosophy must be in a short series.”  Released on the 20th anniversary of Lewis’s death, Lam says the series is his attempt to get nonacademic audiences interested in a figure they don't know about, adding “I hope the philosophy community enjoys the series as well.”
