Johann Frick’s "Contractualism and Social Risk", published in Philosophy and Public Affairs (2015), has won the 2017 Gregory Kavka/University of California, Irvine Prize in Political Philosophy. There will be a symposium devoted to his paper at the 2017 meeting of the Pacific Division of the American Philosophical Association.
